  18. <p>     The pantheon of Frank Sinatra devotees must open its gates to
  19. some new and unlikely members. Now joining the Steve and Eydies,
  20. the Lizas, the Harry Connicks are Zonic Shockum, Jawbox and
  21. 39 other obscure punk bands who revere Sinatra so much that
  22. they've recorded an album of his standards. On the two-CD set,
  23. titled Chairman of the Bored, look for unprecedentedly screechy
  24. interpretations of Rodgers and Hart, Cole Porter and Jimmy Van
  25. Heusen. A sure hit: The Lady Is a Tramp, performed by Babe the
  26. Blue Ox.
